Observed hand sink near store computer and grills with a half full basin and a slow drain rate. Discussed having plumbing of sink maintained in order to foster more frequent handwashing. Manager submitted a work order for hand sink maintenance. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed handwashing sink in front of house small room next to the grills with no hot water. Hot water was run for several minutes and fluctuated between 77-82*F. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Manager put in a work order for the sink to be repaired. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. **Re-inspection required** A re-inspection is scheduled for Monday, 4/28/25. Re-inspection can be done in person or remotely by sending the inspector an e-mail with a photo of a thermometer inside the running water of the fixture with a temperature reading of greater than 100*F.
