Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing sink in front of house small room next to the grills with no hot water. Hot water was run for several minutes and fluctuated between 77-82*F. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Manager put in a work order for the sink to be repaired. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. **Re-inspection required** A re-inspection is scheduled for Monday, 4/28/25. Re-inspection can be done in person or remotely by sending the inspector an e-mail with a photo of a thermometer inside the running water of the fixture with a temperature reading of greater than 100*F.
