No bleach was observed inside sanitizing compartment of 3-compartment sink. Had discussion with PIC at the time of inspection: Maricopa County Environmental Services Department (MCESD) prohibits the use of scented bleach in food service establishments. Any chlorine bleach used for food contact surfaces must be an unscented, food-grade sanitizer that contains no perfumes, dyes, or surfactants. The PIC provided proof of an approved chlorine/bleach sanitizer at the time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Milk, liquid egg, shredded lettuce, and yogurt in reach-in cooler with internal temperatures of 47-50*F. Sliced cheese was also present in the cooler but was recently moved there from the freezer and was still below 41*F and was moved back to the freezer. The other TCS food items in the cooler were in the cooler longer than 4 hours and were discarded. Last known temperature on the cooler was today at 6:15 AM and was recorded at 44*F. Cold held TCS food items must be maintained at 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Main reach-in cooler found maintaining ambient temperature of 47-50*F. No other cooler is available for food storage. The cooler will not be used for cold holding TCS food items until it is repaired/replaced and able to maintain an ambient temerature of 41*F or below. PIC contact repair technician during inspection. Please have the cooler repaired/replaced and maintaining an ambient temperature of 41*F or below prior to re-inspection within 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
