Observed ladle and spatula stored in water near the oatmeal/egg station on the cook line. The water measured 102*F. Chef stated that the utensils had been there a couple hours prior to inspection. Chef moved utensils to dish machine area and set up new pot with clean utensils and heated water to 135*F at time of inspection. Discussed with the person in charge that all in use utensils should be stored in either running water, water that is maintained at 135*F, or use time as a control for them to ensure proper sanitiation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
