Observed white plastic bucket used to store finished ice-cream product stored on the floor in the walk in refrigerator. Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. PIC moved the bucket to the three compartment sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed wiping cloths stored in chlorine sanitizer solution buckets with a concentration below 50 PPM in front prep areas. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations (50-100PPM Chlorine). Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
