observed in the kitchen cookline, some foodworker touching face, facial hair, and also sweeping the kitchen floors. all these tasks conducted while wearing food handler gloves. staff changes task from sweeping back to preparing food, also after touching face, gloves not removed , nor handwashing conducted. discussed with manager on duty regarding proper strategies to minimize cross contaminations, when to wash hand aspect. manager provided coaching to kitchen staff. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
