Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing station at the back area with boxes of cookies and brownies. Per PIC, she just moved them there temporarily while she made space for them to start defrosting. PIC organized washing station area and removed any unnecessary items at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.

Observed at the back of establishment a bag of whole onions being stored directly on the ground. Next to the walk-in door there was also a box of lettuce stored directly on the floor. Per PIC, they just received some deliveries earlier today and they just did not have time to put them away. PIC moved all items to higher ground at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
