Outer openings of a food establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by closed, tight-fitting windows. Recommended using boarding up sides of window to create a tight fit around ac unit. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed red sanitizer bucket with chlorine sanitizer concentration reading 0ppm. PIC added bleach to solution at time of inspection. New concentration reading 50ppm.
