Observed missing handwashing sink in the 2nd employee restroom at the back end of the bakery section of the facility. PIC states the sink had recently broken again since last re-inspection and they are searching for replacement. A second fully functioning bathroom is available at the other end of the facility for all employees to use with handwashing sink and running water. Explained to PIC that all restrooms must have functioning handwashing sink available with running hot water, soap, and paper towels.
