Inspector's notes

Observed soda machine nozzles to have brown accumulation on the inside. Person in charge (PIC) stated soda nozzles are cleaned twice a week with degreaser and dish soap. Soda machine nozzles shall be cleaned a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Discussed proper cleaning and sanitizing for food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Chemical sanitizers and antimicrobials for food contact surfaces shall meet requirements in 40 CFR 180.940 or 40 CFR 180.2020. Person in charge obtained unscented bleach. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed several time/ temperature control for safety (TCS) beverages in standing retail beverage cold holding unit with an internal temperature of 46.3 *F. Beverages included 4 Naked green machine, 2 Naked blue machine, 10 Tropicana "no pulp" orange juice, 7 Tropicana "some pulp" orange juice, 10 Tropicana apple juice, 12 Tropicana pineapple mango juice, and 9 Tropicana cranberry cocktail juice. TCS foods must be held at temperatures below 41*F or above 135*F. Person in charge labeled items and moved to back to return to vendor and will sell incoming product in other cold retail area of store. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
