facility in the front dining area has a unisex restroom. as hand washing conducted in the restroom, noted sink starting to fill. after few minutes it started to fully drain. showed manager on duty. please service the drain-lines as needed to ensure proper /adequate drainage.

observed on site hummus snack packets, TCS marked on the packaging at 45-46 deg f . notified facility manager on duty. recommended to place less in the front display case. also suggested to check food temperatures upon receiving to ensure tcs food is received in a safe temperature zone, 41 deg f or below. manager removed all tcs.
