Observed employee with gloves picking up popcorn from the ground, throwing away popcorn, removing gloves, then adding new gloves. Talked to manager, and had employee immediately wash their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen.

Inspector's notes

Observed pulled pork and turkey being sliced upon entering the concession stand. I talked to the manager about food source. As per manager, the pulled pork and turkey was purchased at Sam's Club, but smoked and heated up in a smoker in an employees backyard at their home. Manager discontinued use of the sandwiches. Talked to manager about food approved sources and where to prepared foods. Ensure that all foods come from a permitted kitchen, or done on site. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
