[Observed facility has cooled chili and cheese for hot dogs in deep containers in the fridge. The exisiting permit for the concession stand does not allow for cooling of products. The facility does not have a blast chiller/ walkin fridge to accommodate cooling processes.

Observed facility has an unused paper towel dispenser at the hand sink, has a new one up behind the hand sink. Talked to manager about equipment in the facility, they don't have a key for it and haven't used it. Ensure that all unused and unnecessary equipment is removed from the facility.
