Observed employee that touched money/casheir station then proceeded to make and grab a pretzel from a cold unit to make for customers. The employee put on a glove, but didn't wash hands going to food prep tasks. Observed employee picking up ice cube that dropped on the ground, proceeded to throw it away, but didn't wash their hands before re-engaging in food prep tasks. Observed employee washing hands, then touching dirty trash can lid when they throw away the paper towels, re-contaminating hands. Talked to staff about hand washing policy. Ensure that handwashing is occurring groin from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
