Using test strips, observed no chlorine (after three runs) in final rinse of mechanical dishwasher which was filled with glassware at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Discontinue use of the mechanical dishwasher until it operates properly. Use the available three compartment sink until the dishwasher is repaired.
