Observed chest freezer lid by back door to be in disrepair, cracked on inside allowing ice buildup in place of insulation. Observed left walk-in fridge door gasket in disrepair. Observed refrigerator by back door to have an ambient temperature of 45°F measured with min/max thermometer. Observed TCS American cheese inside unit internal temperature of 43°F and had been in unit less than 4 hours according to PIC. Refrigerator will not be used until working properly with a temperature of 41°F. Establishment has adequate refrigeration capacities. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
