Inspector's notes
Observed multiple cleaning spray bottles near the handwash sink behind the bar without labels. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all cleaners need a label to reduce risk of chemical contamination. PIC explained that the labels fall off sometimes and used a marker to write the names on the bottles at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
