Observed leaky prep/dump sink at growler station; sink leaks from faucet base when turned on. Sink was also observed to have scale buildup on and around faucet. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. REPEAT VIOLATION (2ND CONSECUTIVE).
