Inspector's notes

There was a food storage container in the hand sink near the cookline. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all hand sinks need to be clean, clear, and easily accessible at all times to promote hand washing. Hand wash sinks are only for hand washing. PIC moved the container at time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed two first aid supply kits above the food prep table across from the three-compartment sink. Discussed the contamination risk with person in charge (PIC). PIC moved the first aid supply kits to the office area, away from food prep and storage areas at time of inspection. All first aid supplies must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items to prevent contamination. All first aid supples were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-102.11 - Priority Foundation: Common Name-Working Containers Addl Notes: Observed a spray bottle with cleaner in it near the mop sink that did not have a label. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all cleaners and chemicals need a label to reduce risk of chemical contamination. PIC used a marker to write the name on the spray bottle at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
