Observed several containers of cooked steak, barbacoa and carnitas at 45-46*F in upright cooler in prep area. Per manager, items had been in cooler for less than 4 hours and were immediately moved to walk-in cooler to bring to 41*F before re-use. Cooler measured at 45.5*F with inspector thermometer - all items removed, and manager called for service at time of inspection (alternate coolers are available).
