Observed employee dumping out strainer basket from the basin of the 3 compartment sink (dirty task), then proceeding to put away sanitizing dishes that are dried to shelves with other clean dishes. Talked to manager about handwashing policy. Talked to employee about handwashing. Ensure that handwashing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed packaged ground beef stored above cooked ham in the walkin, observed eggs (of unknown type) stored above butter and other ready to eat foods in tall walkin in the front. Manager relocated the items. Ensure that raw animal products are stored below ready to eat foods. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
