Observed milk in beverage cooler with internal temp of 46*F at time of inspection. Ambient temperature of beverage cooler was 45*F at time of inspection. Employee discarded improperly cold held foods at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Instructed employee to discontinue use of beverage cooler for TCS foods until in good repair. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed either separated or missing caulking or dark orange organic matter on existing caulking at all hand washing sink and three-compartment sink. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) that all fixed equipment shall be sealed to create a smooth and cleanable surface if it is not easily moved to properly clean. Also observed the faucet at the three compartment sink to slightly leak and has buildup/corrosion creating the faucet to not be a smooth cleanable surface. Discussed with PIC all equipment shall be smooth, cleanable and in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection
