Observed a small container of cooked turkey sausages/56°F in the open upper portion of the prep cooler on the line. After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the sausages had been cooling for about 4 hours in the reach in cooler but was recently moved to the top section of the cooler. The upper portion of prep coolers are not designed for cooling TCS foods.
