Observed a side kick installed on the mop sink faucet that was feeding the chemical dispenser. The faucet was on and under pressure with shutoff downstream. Person in charge (PIC) stated it had been recently installed and removed it at time of inspection. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
