At time of inspection, observed heavy accumulation of rust under prep table for the ice storage. Also observed ice bin leaking water on to the shelf of the prep table. Discussed replacing or repairing table to eliminate the risk of physically contaminating. Please also seal ice bin properly to prevent water from leaking and continuing to rust the prep table. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
