Observed no hot water from the faucet at the first hand sink closest to the serving line. The cold side only is working, and at 80F. No water comes out of the hot water side. Ensure that hot water over 100F is present at all times at each hand sink. All other sinks have hot and cold water. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
