Inspector's notes

Observed employee handling raw ground beef with paper and gloved hands, pressing patties before removing paper (paper soaked through), and continuing to hand hamburger buns without changing gloves or washing hands. Instructed employee to removed gloves and wash hands after handling raw beef if they are going to handle ready to eat foods as well. Please ensure all ready to eat food items are protected from cross contamination, and hands are washed if they become contaminated. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
