Mechanical warewashing machine measured 0 ppm available chlorine while in use during inspection. It was discovered that the chemical bucket was dry and no replacement was available. Additionally, Smartpower sanitizer at 3 compartment sink measured 0 ppm as well. Service call was placed at time and a chlorine sanitizer solution was hand mixed for 3 compartment sink until devices are repaired. Please ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained between 50-100 ppm and Smartpower is maintained between 272-700 ppm for effective sanitizing of wares.
