Informed person in charge (PIC) that availability of hand soap/cleanser is directly related to proper handwashing. PIC provided soap for all those handwash sinks at time of inspection. Observed warewashing machine in the bar area actively sanitizing dishes with a chlorine concentration level of 0 ppm. After priming and re-testing, chlorine concentration remained 0 ppm. PIC relocated dishes to the 3-compartment sink area to be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels with person in charge (PIC). Please fix within 3 days (05/29/26). Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection within 3 days.
