Observed 3-comp sink not capable of conveying sewage through all compartments rendering 3-comp sink unusable. PIC stated 3-comp sink was fully functional when they left after closing the day prior to inspection. Alternative ware washing buckets were set-up at time of inspection. Plumber was able to repair drains at 3-comp sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
