Inspector's notes
Observed a pallet of Clorox bleach stored on a shelf above boxes of sea salt, bottles of salsa, and lime juice bottles. Informed PIC that chemicals need to be stored below all food items. PIC stated that the bleach belongs somewhere else below, but it got put in the wrong spot. PIC instructed employee to move the pallet of bleach to the ground level. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
