Inspector's notes

Chef cracks two raw shell egg and with the same contaminated gloves continues placing onion, tomato, spinach on the grill and placing clean dish on food prep table. Manager was notified. Employee was trained to wash hand and change gloves after cracking eggs and between different tasks. Discussed the option for using second gloves as well. Employee wash hand and changed gloves and moved on with preparing food. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
