PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B), P: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding. - Observed cod, snapper, and halibut in front display case at 45 deg F. Per person in charge fish was in unit since previous day and discarded at time of inspection. Unit had ambient air temp of 44 deg F with min/max thermometer. Person in charge was able to adjust unit and get temperature to drop. Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food must be cold held at 41 deg F or below.
