Observed inside walk in a grocery bag with food in it stored on a shelf with all the gas station's food products. Per PIC, the plastic bag belonged to an employee. PIC removed the personal lunch from the area. All employee food must have a lid and kept on a designated area. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed handwashing station located near the drinking fountain, by the register section without any available paper towels. Per PIC, probably someone forgot to restock the sink with more paper towels. PIC put more paper towels at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Addl Notes: Observed hand washing station next to the ice machine sink block by merch and other items from the gas station. PIC organized handwashing station area and removed any unnecessary items at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Predefined Comment: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Predefined Comment: PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability.
