-- Significant accumulation of standing water from melted ice falling from ice machine observed throughout the facility at the time of inspection. Condensate drainage and other non sewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. The PIC properly disposed of water by squeegeeing liquids into floor drain at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Hand wash station near front entrance is unable to shut off cold water from the main handle and has to be shut off below to stop water from constantly running. Leak at plumbing fixtures above soda boxes near ice machine. Line behind walk-in unit is either dripping condensation or melting ice. Handle to hand wash station in restroom leaks from the sides when water it turned on. Please repair these plumbing fixtures prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Repeat Violation Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained - 3 compartment sink at the front of store has a slow drip from the faucet. The drain line to the hand wash station in the front of the store is a little short and misses the floor sink when the sink is turned on a high flow rate.
