Observed whole milk and almond milk with temperatures between 57 and 61 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Per PIC, items had been in the prep table less than 2 hours and were moved to the walk in to cool at the time of inspection. TCS foods shall be held cold at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent microbial growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
