There were small flies around several drains in the back of the kitchen. Person in charge (PIC) stated that pest control was already out and the drains are currently in the process of treatment. The certified pest control specialist stated it could take a couple of weeks for treatment to resolve the flies. Continue treatments and monitor drains. Establishment must be maintained free of pests, and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Person in charge (PIC) was aware of the clog and stated it was likely due to mop water being disposed of down the drain without the cover to catch debris. A plumber was already called.
