Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Sprayer hose on deli scrape sink at dishwashing and sprayer hose in the chicken room dishwashing sink extend at or below the flood rim of the sinks. Please repair/adjust to provide proper air gap prior to reinspection 1/21/26.
