Hot water dispensing at 3-compartment and handwashing sink at a temperature of 62*F. No hot water available in food prep area. Hot water heater leaking. Hot water of 100-108*F for hand washing and 110*F for dishwashing should be available at all times. Discussed usage of temperature measuring devices and maintenance of water heater. Person in charge stated maintenance will be onsite today to troubleshoot hot water heater and to reach out upon completion. Staff to manually heat water to 110*F for proper warewashing until hot water can be dispensed through faucets. Re-inspection to occur by 12/17/2024. 5-202.12 (A) - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Sinks, Installation. Proper temperature, Mixing Faucet.
