Inspector's notes
Observed a cut hose and a pipe below the rim line at the mop sink. Also observed debris and sock in the mop sink that was covering the drain. Discussed clearing the mop sink to prevent a clog. Person in charge (PIC) stated they will clear out the basin and cut or lift the pipe and hose to create a 1-inch air gap. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
