Inspector's notes

Observed at the back area a fridge that was storing multiple food items. Inspector observed raw items such as eggs and chorizo being stored directly above RTE food such as tortillas. Per PIC, he was not aware of the rules when it came to food storage. PIC moved all raw products to the bottom shelf at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
