At time of inspection another kitchen is built and in use. This operating permit will be closed out once new kitchen is permitted. Establishment owners will need to apply for new daycare food permit. New kitchen is 40-50 Feet away and two buildings away from existing kitchen. Food Daycare permit is not moveable or transferable.

Raw shell eggs (for church use) stored over milk items in the reach in cooler. *The milk was packaged and the eggs were stored in a plastic covered container. PIC relocated the eggs to be stored below the milk. Ensure that food and/or ice are protected from cross contamination during storage, preparation, display.
