Observed containers of sliced deli turkey, and salami in walk-in cooler date marked 9/12. Person in charge said this was not correct but was unsure of when the correct dates actually were, items were voluntarily discarded at time. Please ensure all time/temperature controlled for safety food items are accurately date marked to be discarded with in 6 days of the date that they were prepared or removed from packaging. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
