Observed employee with gloves adding raw chicken to the fryers, then touched clean numbers for ready to eat chicken in hot hold areas before they washed their hands. Observed another employee with clean hands touch the same object. Talked to manager about handwashing policy and clean vs dirty surfaces in the facility. Ensure that hand washing occurs going from dirty to clean tasks in the facility. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
