Observed employee going from their break in the dining room, to putting on gloves when they reenter the kitchen. Talked to manager about handwashing, and employee immediately washed their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a Y valve directly attached to an atmospheric vacuum breaker supplied mop sink. Talked to manager about plumbing requirements, and gave a copy of the backflow handout. Manager removed the Y-valve. Ensure there is no shut off downstream from the AVB. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
