Inspector's notes

0ppm chlorine concentration observed from the low temp chemical dishwasher after running multiple times and priming for 2 minutes. PIC stated the supply bucket was changed approximately 2 weeks ago. Supply bucket observed full at the time of inspection. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to the 3 comp sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
