The manager emptied the sink and refilled the compartment with a solution measuring 50ppm. Observed mechanical dishwasher in use as well with a chlorine concentration of less than 50ppm. Had manager troubleshoot the mixture control on the dishwasher until it was verified with a test strip at 50ppm.
