Observed walk-in cooler with minimum ambient temperature of 49.5F as measured by inspector min/max thermometer. Establishments walk-in thermometer displayed a temperature reading of 50-55F. TCS foods inside the walk-in cooler had internal temperatures between 44F -72F. Observed excessive condensation on all packaged food and containers stored in the walk-in with dripping water from the fan box and accumumlation of standing water on the floor in the walk-in.
