Inspector's notes

Hot dogs, cut tomato, cut lettuce, and other TCS food items found in prep cooler with internal temperature of 50*F. Ambient temperature of the cooler was also 50*F. PIC stated the food items were placed in the cooler around 10:30 AM and moved them to another cooler for cooling and continued cold holding. The cooler will not be used for cold holding TCS food items until it is repaired/replaced and able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Cold held TCS food items must be maintained at 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
