2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Observed a large gap at the bottom of an exterior door into the dry storage room/kitchen. Discussed installing a door sweep, weather stripping or to adjust the threshold to provide an effective barrier against pests. PIC will follow up with maintenance. Outer openings shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
