Observed employee with glove picking up item from the ground and throwing it away, then removing gloves and adding gloves without washing their hands. Employee was reminded and they immediately washed their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Observed lunchables at 80F in the edge of display fridge by the window without the blinds down in the afternoon sun. Manager removed the items in the front. All other items were at temperature. Ensure that all TCS foods in cold holding areas are kept at 41F or less. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Manager embargoed foods.
